In my role I focussed on UX and Interaction design. A few key projects in my role have been the creation of the Spark Experience Toolkit - our pattern library, a responsive buy journey and the Spark 2nd Generation app.
Alongside my colleagues we created great journeys and products with +NPS while introducing a culture of design thinking within the organisation.
